Popular BBNaija ex housemate, Queen Mercy Atang has weighed in on the controversial topic of whose duty it is to pay transport fare.
Offering her two cents, the reality star stated that it’s embarrassing for a lady to even ask for transport fare.
According to queen, a lady can only ask a guy for transport fare if he is someone she had known for some time.
In her words:
“My girls, transport fare should never be a problem. It’s even embarrassing to ask… If a guy comes visiting and requests transport fare you know how ridiculous it would seem, you’ll even gist your girls about it.
You can only ask someone you’re very familiar with…”
