Series of Lagosians has come online to report on their observations this morning, and that is the fact that horses has been spotted in many streets of lagos, and tgis is as a result of the Okada ban, which was recently put into law.
Video has gone viral online this morning, in the video, You can see several horse owners riding along the streets, and waiting for customers, who they will gladly drop at their destination, for some Cash.
