A Nigerian mother whose son was arrested earlier today during the #EndSARS protest in Surulere, Lagos, was allegedly slapped by a police officer.
The woman could be seen in a video recording by her daughter, lamenting and saying she would take it up as she was just trying to get into the station to see his son.
“Me I am going to take it up o, what did I do wrong? I am a Nigerian, I am a free citizen, I have the right to go into the police station. I am not a criminal” she said
