Baby nearly killed by stray bullet allegedly fired by police officer in Port Harcourt (photos)

A toddler was nearly killed by a stray bullet allegedly fired by a police officer at Mkpogu community of Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt.

According to reports via social media, the victim of the stray bullet is his colleague’s daughter and the incident occurred yesterday February 6.
